Our Promise
We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.

Return Window
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery — no questions asked, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Eligible for Return
— Item received is damaged or defective
— Wrong product delivered
— Item significantly different from product description

Not Eligible for Return
— Item has been used or washed
— Original tags removed or packaging missing
— Return request raised after 3 days of delivery
— Sale or discounted items

How to Raise a Return

WhatsApp or email us within 3 days of delivery
Share your order ID and photos of the issue
Our team will confirm pickup within 24 hours
Refund or exchange processed once item is received and inspected

Refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We happily exchange defective or wrongly delivered items for the same product. Subject to availability.
